About Keystone
We started Keystone because families deserve the truth about senior care.

A local, honest guide in an industry that too often isn't. No commissions steering the advice, no shortcuts on what families need to know — just the right next step, said plainly.
Our story
Built from inside the industry — and frustrated by it.

[Founder name] spent [X years] in [senior care / placement / related background] before starting Keystone. [He / she] saw the same pattern over and over: families exhausted by a hospital discharge, handed a short list of communities, and rushed into a placement that didn't actually fit.
After watching families get steered toward whoever paid the highest referral fee — and toward communities whose license problems were quietly hidden from them — [he / she] started Keystone to do it differently: show the license, show the trade-offs, and tell families the truth even when it costs us a placement.
We're a small, local team by design. Our name is on every recommendation, and we'd rather lose a deal than send a family somewhere we wouldn't send our own parent.
What we stand for
The heart of how we work.
Four commitments we hold to on every single family we help — even when the easier path would be to look the other way.
Transparency over commissions
We show you the license — including probation and capacity flags competitors hide — even when it costs us a placement.
The right fit over the fast fit
Our investigator-grade assessment exists so a placement actually holds, not just closes by Friday.
Local knowledge, not a national call center
We personally know the homes, the owners, and the staff across Sacramento and Placer County.
Free, and honestly free
Families never pay us; communities do. And we'll tell you plainly when a home isn't right — for any reason.
The Keystone difference
A keystone is the piece that locks the arch together.
It's the small, steady piece that holds the weight — the family, the hospital, and the right community — together through a hard transition. That's the role we play. Not the loudest voice in the room, just the one that holds everything in place.
Who we serve
Families and the people who care for them — all across Sacramento and Placer County.
We work with families across Sacramento and Placer County — [owner: add specific cities, neighborhoods, or personal ties to the area here] — and with the discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and elder-law attorneys who trust us with their patients and clients.
Local roots matter. We've walked the hallways of the communities we recommend, sat in their dining rooms, met their administrators, and know who actually shows up at 2 a.m. when something goes wrong.
